Here's our interview with Adnan Ahmed, bassist, Virgin Creep.

Q1) How were you formed?
In 2010, our vocalist Anurag and guitarist Suprativ formed "Virgin Creep". Soon after,  Mustaba Hassan and Himanka Ojha joined as lead guitarist and drummer respectively.  Jahnu later joined the band as a keyboardist. Afterwards, I was invited to play bass in the band.

Q2) Why the name Virgin Creep?
Ans: Haha! Well, we wanted our band's name to sound different. a lot differend than other bands. so, we just came up with a name to struck our head first. Virgin Creep it is![laughs]

Q3) What are your influences?
Ans: A lot of different styles. For Virgin Creep I would have to say rock artists anywhere from Led Zeppelin, Rush, stuff like that. U2 also, some reggae in there.

Q4) Your new single is finally released. What's the responses of your fans?
Ans: Well, the response so far is quite good. People are loving the track. We already got a lot of updates and messages in our Facebook, Twitter and ReverbNation pages. Thanks to Siddhant Das for his awesome production.

Q5) Who writes and compose?
Ans: It depends on where we are and what time. Mostly the music comes first, and the lyrics come after. Once in a while We'll write a poem and set it to music. Writing a song is like a formula to us. You get into the habit of doing things certain ways. We'll jam together often to come up with some general ideas and bounce weird little ideas off of the band, that's how we write together.

Q6) Lost Faith sounds a lot different.  Why is that?
Ans: We used to play metalcore at first. Other than that we listen to everything ranging from Ambient to Black metal, to Doom Metal through Industrial Metal and even Electronic music.

Q7) How many gigs you played till now? How was the respose?
Ans: We've played a bunch of shows till now. It has been an amazing experience so far! The crowd has loved us.

Q8)  Any last words for our readers?
Ans: Stay true to what you're music is. Don't let anybody from the outside change it, even if they are giving you a million bucks to do it - there's really no point!
